An expanding Planning Consultancy is looking to appoint a Director in their London office who can lead the team, bring in new fees and help further grow the offering and continue their expansion into the future. Focusing on the residential market, you should have strong contacts and connections with housebuilders and developers that will enable you to bring in new instructions on residential developments across the South East of England. If you are a driven and ambitious Associate or Director looking to take on more responsibility then this could be the ideal role for you!
With multiple years’ experience, you should be comfortable with dealing with major planning applications, public speaking and managing a team, budgets and growth forecasts. As the lead Director in the residential sector, your ability to take responsibility and deliver new instructions will allow you to grow the team and help the expansion of the consultancy.
With 4 offices across the UK, this company is an established player in the Planning market and are looking to capitalise on the growth of the residential sector while also gaining a larger market share than they currently own.
